KPIs

Your success measures will include:

  • Usability - do the results indicate you need to do further research?
  • Findability - do you need to revise your metadata or keyword strategy?
  • Accessibility - do your metrics indicate issues with readability, WCAG 2.0 compliance, or cultural and linguistically diverse users?
